Where do I get my ideas from? Often in conversations with family, friends and colleagues. Or, while reading someone else. There are statements and questions from others which sometimes stick into my mind like an ice axe on the face of a mountain. And then I hang in there holding on to that statement or question. And like a mountaineer, I pause and look behind, sometimes look below through my feet. And then after some time I look up, find the next nook where I can get a hold to pull myself further up on the mountain. This new nook I just found becomes my idea that elevates me, lets me gain a different and often a higher perspective.
It is in response to these helpful statements and questions that I owe my learning journey.
